LEAP Software Engineer Interview Experience

Process

The first process was a phone screening. This lasted about 30 minutes. This was just a basic overview of my interest, my resume, and a few technical questions.

After doing the phone screening, I was informed I'd have to do a video interview online. This is a video interview you do online by yourself. Around six questions are asked, and you have two attempts to submit your responses.

After submitting my video interview, I received an email saying I had made it to the next round and got scheduled for two interviews, 45 minutes each. One was technical; the other was behavioral.

Overall, the whole process took roughly a month after submitting my application.
