Pros: - Good pay - No micromanagement - Learning days - Encouraged to move within company

Cons: The LEAP program has been terrible. It is essentially 4 more months of college after you graduate. Lots of hand-holding and forced classroom-style learning. Instructor-led training is mostly a waste of time here. There's a high chance that you will be working with an outdated tech stack after LEAP. You may also be placed into an unfavorable role with little to no technical mentorship and with minimal transferrable skills. They will try to tell you that Fidelity is a "tech company that does finance," but this is not the case. In short, not a great place for new software engineers. If you have another offer, I would highly recommend considering working elsewhere.

Pros: Compensation is good. Cutting-edge technology. Work-life balance. Finance industry leadership. Good benefits.

Cons: No cons as such. The company is really good, though there is less onsite opportunity in case you are looking to work out of India.

Pros: Good place. Great people to work with.

Cons: Unless you work in 401k or personal investments, they really don’t care about you.
