The interview rounds were split into telephonic, a F2F interview (which was conducted via video conferencing), and after that, the HR team contacted for another round of interview, which was a video conference with the team.

As an applying candidate, I made sure I joined the call on time and waited for them to join.

There was no communication from anyone at Fidelity until 1 hour later, after which I sent an email stating I was no longer considering this opportunity.

In between, I called the job consultant who had arranged the whole thing multiple times. He also informed them about the same, but there was no response from Fidelity.

Definitely not a company to join. The punctuality and attitude of the HR and hiring process reflect much about the company.
