(1) In-person interview with a recruiting firm. They go over your resume and ensure you can comb your hair and speak cogent English.
(2) Phone interview with a team engineer. Very basic questions about your resume and experience.
(3) On-site interview. Behavioral questions with a project manager, program manager, and an architect. You are asked to write some primitive code and unit tests for it. You are asked to diagram a simple state machine on the whiteboard. You are asked "what if" questions regarding designing an application architecture.
Also interviewed with another team, with the same format as above, but assigned a coding assignment by email (a command-line Java timer application). You emailed in the code and were then asked to walk through it at the in-person interview and explain how it worked and why you wrote it that way.
All very easy. The in-person coding question was so trivial I started down a few more complex paths until I realized it really was that trivial.
