Process

I interviewed at Fidelity, Bangalore in Sept 2015. It was a really bad experience.

Their process is very slow. I got a call for an F2F round. When I reached there, they said the first round would be written. I went, but their system was not working. I was asked to wait. After an hour, I got a system.

After clearing my first round, they asked me to wait for F2F. I waited for an hour, then HR told me no one was there to take the technical round. She said tomorrow, you'll have a telephonic round.

Next day, she called me and scheduled the interview. I was waiting but didn't get a call that day. The next day, she called me and asked to come to the company for F2F. I went and had the technical round. It was good, and the interviewer asked me to wait for the next round.

Again, HR asked me to leave, and she'll call me for the next round. I am still waiting :-)

Questions

Written test: Multiple choice questions on scalability, compatibility, volume, and stress testing, BVA, EP, and a few aptitude questions and logical reasoning (very basic).

F2F: Discussed about my previous projects, defect life cycle, STLC, and 2-3 SQL queries.
