Pros: Work is really good compared to a lot of peer fintech and banks. The tech stack is in high market demand. We can contribute to innovation, and it is highly encouraged. There is freedom to operate. Work-life balance is good here. The company really does care about employees. Work is recognized here.
Cons: Salary is slightly less than peer fintechs and banks. Growth is a little slow.
