Pros: The people there love coming to work and built an environment where people feel comfortable joking around and having fun, while still being serious and doing a good job when they need to.
Cons: The company is big, so you may need to jump over some hurdles to get logistical things out of the way. The company being big also means your experience can vary, since different business units can feel like different companies altogether.

Cons: No cons as such. The company is really good, though there is less onsite opportunity in case you are looking to work out of India.

Pros: Salary and benefits are the only key reasons that I would recommend anyone to work at Fidelity.
Cons: If you cherish the ability to get things done, and to grow yourself from an overall career perspective, I would highly recommend you look elsewhere.
