Technical challenge work.
All new technology is in place.
WFH option except few profiles.
Strategic location of office.
Cons: Slow process.
Mid-management is not up to the mark.
Apart from B&R profiles, fewer fields have unqualified employees.
Performance model is not good.
Money-centric.
Employee technical skill development is less compared to other skills.
