Pros: Fidelity is a great place to work. If you are looking for work-life balance, job security, job satisfaction, progress, and opportunities, then look no further than Fidelity.
Cons: Fidelity is and will always be a great place to work, but recently some people joined from BNYM, from where they were laid off. They have brought their culture of bigotry with them from that organization. They are a threat to the awesome culture which we have at Fidelity.
