Process
The phone screen with the hiring manager went well, and we really hit it off. The interview was fine, although I did get tripped up during the whiteboard exercise (who doesn't?). It was a good experience, except there were way too many people in the room. I think there were eight people in the room by the end of it. It was hard to know who to keep eye contact with and how to make meaningful connections with the interviewers.
