A company that cares and has a great onboarding program. I don't know of many, if any, companies that have as great of an onboarding program as Fidelity.

The interview process went very well! I received a text message from a recruiter, and we scheduled a phone interview. During the phone interview, they told me I advanced to the second round, which would take place over Zoom with a Fidelity Engineer.
