Since joining Fidelity, I have had a lot of autonomy. Leadership seems to have good plans for the future. There are a lot of new people at the company, hired in 2023. I have enjoyed going into the office only one week per month. It has allowed me to meet a lot of people from other teams that I would not otherwise meet.
