Pros

Good work culture.

Pretty much has work on every technology out there, so there's a lot of scope for internal movement.

Good work-life balance.

Lots to learn other than development.

Cons

Hidden clause benefits.

Benefits vest in 5-10 years.

You don't retail the job you signed for; they keep moving to almost any kind of engineering role.

No definition of responsibilities between analyst, developer, or tester. You do everything as a resource.

You will work with all time zones and might have meetings starting as early as 6-7 AM.

Advice to Management

Improve benefits vesting or convey clearly in recruitment. Hire people for specific roles, as not all developers want to document and deal with customers. Teams can be confined by timezone to increase productivity for employees.
