Great pay, benefits package, and they don't penalize overachievers.
The constant month-to-month changes need to stop! If restructuring is necessary, it should be done all at once. Right now, people are anxious and unsure, constantly bracing for the next major shift or potential job cuts. The over-hiring during COVID has led to the current instability, and it's hurting morale. What was once a great place to work now leaves me questioning leadership and the direction we're headed. I believe the ongoing changes could have serious consequences, and it seems leadership might not fully grasp the long-term impact of their decisions. Whoever initiated these changes, possibly with outside consultants, needs to reassess the situation before it's too late. Also, stop the D&I push and bring back the culture and values that we once stood for.
