Great organization with a strong foundation, good benefits, great work-life balance, good overall culture, and flexibility to move between groups with internal job postings. Overall relaxed atmosphere.
Extremely hierarchical place, too many managers, and a lot of bureaucracy. Things tend to move VERY slow. Innovative ideas are not heard unless they're coming from certain folks. There is less cooperation among different groups. Middle management tends to have too many unproductive meetings. There are fewer career opportunities unless you jump from one group to another. Not a place for bright individual contributors.
Give importance to the individual contributors. Get rid of unnecessary organizational hierarchy. Reduce the red tape and bureaucracy.

It was super easy, just Java classes and a few SQL queries. Just study up on the email they give you about what to prepare for, and you will do completely fine.
