Big company with good options to move laterally.
Good pension contributions.
Process heavy.
If you get in a good team, it can be a good experience.
Money is way off market rates.
Process focus outweighs advancing technology in parts, slightly changing.
Way too woke on LGBT items; it's really OTT, and I'm looking to leave as I see myself as a software engineer and want to spend my time focusing on engineering and solutioning over the incessant virtue signaling on all levels. The culture does not allow that to be challenged.
From an engineering perspective, get back to the original roots of the organization, focus on delivering customer value, and drop all irrelevant agendas.
