The off-shore/on-shore work split is pathetic. The cream of the work and the credits for work done by off-shore are stolen by on-shore. You only get to scrape the bottom of the barrel and fix the mess created by on-shore.
Trust issues and politics. Merit always takes second position. On-site opportunities are limited to the chosen ones.
Huge restrictions on personal investing.
Offshore counterparts are equally, if not better than those in Onshore. The old guard is not always right; please listen to the offshore as well. Give more power to offshore management.
