Pros

Good benefits. The people you work with are really nice. Lots of locations if you want to move around and travel.

Cons

Management is non-technical. The software delivery process is costly and very poorly run. There is no freedom in technology selection or career direction. The people who do the work are rarely rewarded. Promotions are given almost exclusively to people in management positions.

Advice to Management

Outsource all future software development to a subsidiary company.
