Pros

We get a learning day every other week.

It's my favorite benefit.

The company is extremely customer-focused and committed to delivering outstanding outcomes for customers.

There are plenty of paths for career growth.

The culture of the teams I have been on is great.

Cons

Strategic HR has really gone into micromanagement mode as it relates to hybrid working. They call it "Dynamic Working" when it really should be called "Wooden Scheduled Hybrid." It still often imposes waterfall deadlines for work, which makes their commitment to sustainable agile development questionable.

Advice to Management

Let reasonable decisions be made at the lowest level possible. The 20th century "command and control" mode ought to be left behind in the dust forever. Don't return to it. I don't want to live in fear of the next "random act of strategic HR" forcing me to leave a company that I love.
