Managers here are not professional. They work for themselves and not for the team. There is no credit for work. Everyone wants to save their own... The directors also do not understand your concerns. If a manager says something, the director and HR abide by them. They play games and can play with your career for personal grudges.
There should be ways to share and actually take feedback for managers as well.
