Salary and benefits are the only key reasons that I would recommend anyone to work at Fidelity.
If you cherish the ability to get things done, and to grow yourself from an overall career perspective, I would highly recommend you look elsewhere.
Allow product teams to move at a faster pace. There is too much emphasis placed on prehistoric, waterfall processes that get in the way of innovation and "getting things done."
