Despite Fidelity being such a large company, they've really impressed me with how much time and effort they've put into enhancing the associate experience.
They enable their employees to do their best work by focusing on culture, work/life balance, and ensuring they're moving forward technically.
One downside would be the fact that Fidelity is a huge financial institution, which inherently creates some red tape. This isn't necessarily because of the firm itself, but the nature of the business. In addition, depending on the business unit, there can be some bureaucracy that occasionally gets in the way.
