The employer is working on organizational transformation so that leaders can connect with associates better, and messages can reach the bottom layer sooner rather than later.
An employer is only as good as your boss is. Your boss can enable or kill it. Employers provide so many facilities about flex work, but there are too many micromanagers. It's a work in progress. There are too many people managers who are close to retirement and are not forward-thinking.
