Pros

The company is big, with lots of verticals offering employment opportunities. However, going from one to another isn't so easy. The employer is certainly taking steps towards this. The employer is providing learning opportunities. There are programs for experienced professionals. They have created a learning day for employees. The employer is working on organizational transformation so that leaders can connect with associates better, and messages can reach the bottom layer sooner rather than later.

Cons

An employer is only as good as your boss is. Your boss can enable or kill it. Employers provide so many facilities about flex work, but there are too many micromanagers. It's a work in progress. There are too many people managers who are close to retirement and are not forward-thinking.

If you are young, always keep an open mind about your role and opportunities. Do not get married to your job; feel satisfied with your boss.

Advice to Management

The CEO is very caring and does a great job. During the pandemic, Abby took it upon herself to connect with associates via video messaging, which was greatly appreciated. Leaders under her need to follow suit and keep a tab on employee pulse.
