Pros

The cab facility is really good.

There's a decent hike of 10-15% every year. Sometimes it's a single-digit hike.

Work from home is an option, even if it's for a temporary period due to personal issues.

The work culture is good.

There are a lot of opportunities to learn if you get on a good team.

Maternity leave includes 7 months of paid leave along with a 5k monthly expense for children until they are 5 years old. You can also take 3 months of unpaid leave after maternity leave.

Cons

In case you don't get a good team, your growth could be limited.

Sometimes, you might face some level of politics at work.

Your salary revision depends on your ratings, and that depends on your visibility within your business unit.

It's very important to showcase your hard work to ensure you get good ratings. In case you are not so good at getting visibility, you might end up getting normal ratings even when you deserve more.
