Pros

Fidelity Investments has excellent benefits (medical, dental, 401k, profit sharing, etc.). The tuition reimbursement program is top-notch as well.

Cons

A lot of the technologies I worked with are "home grown", making it difficult to transfer learned skills to future jobs elsewhere.

Compensation levels are also not in line, in my experience, with similar jobs elsewhere.

Advice to Management

Senior management definitely needs to get a better grasp on what their groups do on a day-to-day basis, and what might help make their jobs easier and/or more efficient.
