Pros

Culture is great here, and the company really tries to maintain a higher retention rate by building careers internally.

They want to see you advance.

Work-life balance depends directly on the nature of your job.

Cons

Upper management has been trying to improve by having reorganizations. This causes a lot of confusion and discomfort among associates. The onboarding process can be a lot better. Minimal training was offered and few team-building exercises. Personally speaking, my onboarding process was nonexistent because management was tied up with reorganizations and the retention rate was low.

Advice to Management

From SVP down, make an effort to listen to associates on what they would like to see.
