Pros

Slow, laid-back culture, commitment to Learning Days.

Cons

Takes forever to get anything done. Many teams and team members don't take responsibility. Leadership has many generic and mediocre people in office. One out of four weeks might increase in 2024. "Commitments" to Diversity & Inclusion, or the environment, are largely branding and not genuine. Management knows very little but has opinions on a lot.
