Managers don't know anything over here. Corporate politics is damn high over here. Nobody listens to what people say; managers and department heads justify only what they want to tell. Technical knowledge of managers is zero. Hell working here. If you are a technically sound person, please avoid this company, as you will forget whatever you have learned previously.
Respect employees. Listen to employees. Put some managers in place who know what their team is doing. Change the 20-year-old working culture. Go and see some European companies; you will know what working culture and employee engagement is.
