You have to go to the office every alternate week, even if your team is not located there.
Don't make it so you have to come to the office when there is no one on location to collaborate with.

It was super easy, just Java classes and a few SQL queries. Just study up on the email they give you about what to prepare for, and you will do completely fine.
Director Engineering
