They used to be a good company, but when Abby Johnson took over, the employees didn't matter anymore

Pros

State-of-the-art technology, usually good people to work with.

Cons

Very political. Quite a few prima donnas who are protected by higher managers. Some don't do much all day, but have worked there for years.

Advice to Management

Stop the political machine. Focus on good attitudes and good people, then invest in them and their careers. You have lost out on a lot of good people due to these issues. My feeling is prevalent among the workforce. The company has gone downhill, especially since Abby Johnson protected the profit margin over having loyalty to long-time employees around 2008.
