Pros

The role is fully remote since they decommissioned their Lakedrive office.

Work-life balance is usually good, but I was in a team where crunch was expected.

Very good HR organization.

Cons

Constant reorgs mean you'll never get promoted with a new manager every year. Promotion comes from the US side, so whom you know matters a lot. A low bar of entry means you'll often work with and be blocked by very inexperienced people. Salary is very low. I moved to another company as a mid-level employee and was paid 100% more as a junior elsewhere.

Advice to Management

Hiring bar should be increased.

Decrease useless reorganization.

Provide a clear KPI and focus on what matters to the customer.
