Friendly work environment. Many very nice and noble people. Good pay (unimpressive base salary but high bonus, profit sharing, etc.). Company greatly values my job and returns with great reward. Company cares about employees' life-work balance and career advancement. Great opportunity to work with financial aspects and with financial and business people. When they lay off people due to business decisions, they inform several months ahead and then provide a nice package. They also allow laid-off people to stay in the office and use their work computers for weeks to look for jobs. I guess they trust laid-off people won't do any harm to the company because the company treats them very reasonably. Ted John is a very sensible person.
There is a lot of overhead. Although all people work very, very hard, the outcome is not as much.
