Working at their startup incubator means you get to have the benefits of greenfield work while being under the wing of a large company.
While the will to innovate is strong here, many roadblocks from the organization make that difficult. Trying to go outside the lines of their development cycle and infrastructure proves to be difficult. Many pieces of infrastructure for new fields were simply not available. I suspect that will be eased in the oncoming years.
