The company is very well organized. Fidelity has a very good foundation. It is a very stable company. There is no compromise on ethics. They are a good payer. They provide excellent facilities.
Slow personal growth, especially with respect to designations.
The company needs to look at eliminating bureaucracy and internal politics. However, politics does not affect the people below manager level much.
