Good in CV, laid-back company with little or no work.
Decent wages and benefits.
Lot of time for improving skill set for future jobs, if you stay low.
Good place for people who can do "favors" to their manager (only way to grow).
Awesome place for people who have just "soft skills" but no or little actual skills.
Totally incapable middle management (below VP level), especially in strategic data.
Workplace is polluted by ugly politics, so very little air to breathe.
No recognition for talent or skill set.
Performance is measured by opinions, not other metrics.
"Favors" and "favoritism" rule, and that's the only way to grow in the company.
Policies are great, but there are no set standards from those policies. Great dreams are on clouds, but incapable management in offshore locations keeps top management in the clouds, failing to show the reality. With this current competition and reduced entry barrier, if the current trend continues, the company can be vanished within a decade.

Got referred by someone who works there. The process took over 4 weeks. I had to email them 2 weeks after the phone screen to see what stage the process was at. They quickly organized an onsite interview after that. First stage was a fairly standard
Initial interview. Great for the first part, but less so as the interview progressed. Cards held very close to the interviewers' chest. Also, for the role being requested, I felt that they might not have been senior enough.
