On-site 3-hour interview. Followed by a manager, senior developer, and architect. First round: managerial questions, then questions related to your experience and design. Last round: more technical, towards coding and how you would design the APIs.
Good and understanding. To the point and well organized. The interviews are very timely and don't waste time. They asked technical questions about Java and J2EE, which I worked on and applied for a position with the same skills.
The interview process could use a bit of clearer communication regarding requirements for each phase of their interview loop. However, this experience will change depending on the organization and recruiter within Fidelity you are working with. Overa
