Great, flexible work environment. Managers are excellent; they trust the engineers. The office is modern with a great canteen. Good location on the edge of Galway.
Not as much recognition for engineers as for managers. Can be too much politics at times.
Recognize engineers a bit more. There seems to be too much emphasis on promoting managers up the chain.
