Two-round panel interviews. The first one is technical, then the next one is technical plus soft skills. A coding exercise is optional, mostly not very hard. I had the chance to ask them questions at the end.

One team lead level technical round asked for basic questions and small algorithms. One architect round asked for some implementation and high-level design of an earlier project. One group HR round for HR, salary, etc. input.
