Nice workplace at Fidelity Canada.
Nothing much I have noticed so far.
Recruiter call, then a 1-hour call with the team lead (questions on finance, stats, SQL, probability). Then 3 calls with other stakeholders that were mostly behavioral but, honestly, a fairly straightforward and good process.
The interview rounds were split into telephonic, a F2F interview (which was conducted via video conferencing), and after that, the HR team contacted for another round of interview, which was a video conference with the team. As an applying candidate
First round was a screening call, which got postponed for a week. Then I went for a technical round. Interviewers were not welcoming. It felt like an interrogation rather than an interview.
