Pleasant physical environment, short commute, flexible work schedule, work from home option, good benefits package, good raises, good bonuses, good project work.
I feel unappreciated. Management seems to only care about themselves advancing, and I think they try to keep everyone's salaries low so they can get good bonuses. That is a bad perception of management, even though I may be completely wrong. But nonetheless, it is what it is. I've had to ask for promotions and more money rather than being rewarded for the hard work I do.
