Pros

Learn new technologies. Good scope for growth.

Cons

Forcing permanent remote employees to come to the office, which is not good, within 1-2 months, otherwise suggesting they do volunteer retirement. They don't care about our performance in our team, family issues, visa status, and have no empathy. I wonder how they can change the policy.

Advice to Management

Please don't change the policies frequently. Even if you change them, please make sure that you let candidates know when joining that you will change them in the future. That can change a candidate's decision to join the company.
