Great company that is going through a major transformation toward more progressive, agile processes.
Definitely geared now toward "the millennials." If you're of that generation, life is very good indeed at Fidelity.
Phone interview with a general recruiter, followed by interviews with specific teams. Different teams asked different questions. As a developer, most questions were Java, JavaScript, and Linux based. Friendly HR, friendly managers. Great interview
I was referred by a company's employee. This is a contractor position. A week later, I was put in a 1/2 hour technical interview via the phone. The questions included Java multithreading, singleton design pattern, server-side JSP, HTTP protocols, XM
First round: Call with recruiter, asked basic questions about myself and my experience. Second round: Technical interview, asked basic OOP design questions and coding questions (equivalent to LC easies). Overall, a great experience.
