I interned there summer 2013 and went back for a second internship in 2014.
I enjoyed the people I worked with, the on-campus cafeteria, the covered parking, the beautiful landscape when I walk into the office, the lake on campus, and the job I did.
I wrote software and was given a chance to grow. I experienced fun things to do with other interns and was given responsibility that I never thought an intern would get. I wasn't just filing papers or writing spreadsheets.
The pay is very generous. I make more money at Fidelity than anyone I know who interns at another company. I'm able to rent an apartment by myself and save enough to last me the whole school year on my hourly wage alone.
More of a personal con, but they don't have a major site in my hometown. I have no real cons; it's an awesome company.
It was an on-campus offer for 3rd-year students based on CGPA. It was quite easy, but it varied from person to person. Some were asked about DSA and DBMS in the technical round as well.
The interview process took a few weeks. I was called by HR, followed by a few managers. They asked a mix of technical and behavioral questions. I was given the offer without having to visit the site. Everything was extremely straightforward and pleas
A very smooth and easy process. The recruiter and interviewers were all nice. It was mostly behavioral with some technical questions. Overall, an amazing company. I am looking forward to not only an internship, but hopefully a long-term career!
