- FBS India is unorganized (if I compare it with any service-based company); they don't have proper planning for their resources.
- Leadership doesn't have good planning capability, which reflects as not being good leadership.
- You are lucky if you get good teams and team members. There will be members who don't know about manners and professional behavior.
- The tech stack is very old, and work is done here in a pretty much old-school way. If you want growth, you will not like it.
- There is too much complexity to get a simple job done due to unorganized IT systems. etc. etc. etc.
Consider the cons and act accordingly.
