Pros

Good benefits: 401k, Roth 401k.

Support in education.

10-15% yearly bonuses.

Fancy HQ office.

Cons

Very rude corporation world.

Employees can have up to three bosses: Project Manager, Employee Manager, and Head of the Squad. None of them would understand what the employee really does in a company.

People at the top of the chain don't care about the lower-position employees.

Advice to Management

They should stop doing a reconstruction of the top level.

Formation of squads and tribes is a ridiculous job and just visibility of real work.

All these actions start reminding communism. Just give people good work.

Start raises in salaries, remove all unnecessary top manager layers.
