Very team dependent for any pros.
Stable employment for the most part.
Culture varies by role and team in the company too.
If you're a developer or some other tech role, focus in on reviews only from those specific roles.
Check the dates of reviews.
Check Blind and Levels.fyi before anything else.
Underpays a lot from tech industry norms. It's not a real tech company or fintech. There's not much developer work, or real developer work for tech roles. The list goes on.
