The company is very well structured. There are clear roles and good, solid processes in place. It's a very easy-going environment.
The commute is long and expensive. The dress code was a bit strict, and there were too many meetings during the day.
Try and cut back on the amount of meetings in a day. A casual dress code would be nice.
