Benefits, and frankly that’s about it anymore.
RTO is mishandled at best. Pay is lackluster. Pay raises are terrible. Too many bad managers aren’t coached to improve or let go. Someone mentioned sexism, which is unfortunately too common, though the above point plays into that.
Please listen to people. I’d feel at least better if I felt heard and RTO was more flexible and not one size fits all.

Software Engineer
There are three rounds of interviews: 1. Recruiter 2. Tech staff 3. HR They are very friendly. The time between each interview is long (1 to 2 weeks). In general, it is a long process.
Software Engineer
2 technical and 1 hr round. It was an on-campus recruitment, and they asked about topics: DSA, OOPs, Networks, DBMS. The first round went for 35 minutes, and they also asked me about my projects.
