Great for long-term stability but not great pay-wise

Pros
  • Learning days: Depending on your Business Unit, you could get every Tuesday as a day for learning.
  • Great graduate program (LEAP Program).
  • Subsidized lunch.
Cons

Strict on RTO days. Missing days during your designated connect week (which is once a month) can affect your performance review.

Pay is not great. Your promotion seems to really depend on your manager and how much "visibility" you have in the company by doing work outside of your squad.

All decisions seem to come from the US, which doesn't always take into consideration Irish culture.

In order to be considered for your next promotion, you are told that you need to be already working at the next level. You could take the same work as a senior for a year and still get an average review due to "this year's budget".
