Benefits are pretty good here.
The company does not allow associates to have any kind of excuses for not attending connect week.
Not even an urgent situation.
And from my experience, if you are under a BU which does not have a sufficient amount of people in an onsite office, you are not allowed to attend work there. This is ridiculous.
Please allow associates to attend their Connect Week in any onsite office.

The first round is very casual with a recruiter. The second round is with the manager of your team. They ask about the projects on your resume, what stack you use in your current role, and your experience on the tasks that their team is assigned.
